Some have mentioned that making sure the host URL is all caps is important, other say that it only works in lowercase. I haven't noted the problem on my system, but if you get a "Index File Not Found" message, you might want to give both a try.
If you downloaded a previous version of MapTracker, and it doesn't work, please uninstall it and try the latest version. It has a few bug fixes.

Many of these programs are newly developed, and I can't possibly test them all by myself! Please e-mail me if you have any problems at all. I'll try to fix them rapidly, and put out another release of the program.
